Adam North has gone above and beyond to make sure I got a new truck after many issues in the past with my 2021 RST. I also want to thank Lorenzo Beltran, Brian Thomas, as well as Chance Covert for all the he new truck after many issues in the past with my 2021 RST. I also want to thank Lorenzo Beltran, Brian Thomas, as well as Chance Covert for all the help getting all of this taken of. They have all really earned my loyalty and look forward to dealing with them again in the future. More

Very dishonest and unprofessional. We check on the availability of a car and was advised by the sale associate that the car was available. My daughter an I drove almost one hour and I missed a meeting to drive to purchase the car. We said that we wanted to make the purchase and started the paperwork. The associate step away and came back to say that the car was no longer available. There was another couple who showed up after us and I noticed that the vehicle was being driven away by them. The sale associate act surprised and tried to apologize. I asked to speak to one of the manager who stated that someone had put a down payment on the car on Friday. He would never say that was the person who put the down payment on the vehicle. He would only say that he was sorry while smiling. More

BUYER BEWARE - What a horrible experience! !! We are a family of Covert customers but Friday you lost our business FOREVER! My son came to an agreement on one of your trucks, advised he was g !! My son came to an agreement on one of your trucks, advised he was going to his bank to get the funds and the sale associate called, as he was pulling in the parking lot, that the manager had just sold the truck. What an awful way to treat customers! They should not receive any stars More

This is the first time I have ever felt so mistreated that I write a negative review. I believe that people can have a bad day but this group is bad every day. I was told if I put my order in for my n that I write a negative review. I believe that people can have a bad day but this group is bad every day. I was told if I put my order in for my new 2023 Ford Ranger before December I could expect to have it by the end of February. This was not true, but when would you expect a sales person to say. The truck arrived towards the end of April. I went in the day before I was going to pick the truck up to take care of all the paperwork. This was a 4 hour ordeal but I got it done. Before leaving I asked how long it would take the next day to get the truck. I was told just 15 – 20 minutes. The sales person said he would have the truck washed that afternoon so it would be ready the first thing in the morning. I got to the Hutto lot around 9:30 and my sales person was nowhere to be found. They paged him and about 30 minutes later he showed up. I gave him the check for the truck and told him I had an appointment at 11:30 how long will this take. He said not long and disappeared. He came back about 10 or 15 minutes later and said he was having the truck washed. We sat at his desk for ½ and hour when I said I have to get out of here I have an appointment to get to. He got up and disappeared again and after another long time he showed up and said I have your truck. He took me out to the truck showed me some of the features and set up my Ford Pass and I was off. It was 11:38 and I was there for 2 hours! I missed my 11:30 appointment and was late for my 12:15 appointment. After a week of driving my new truck I noticed the carpet on the passenger side was soaked with water and I could hear water sloshing around under the dash. I called the Hutto service department and told them my problem. They said they could get me in on Monday, this was Wednesday. I said fine but I would need a loaned vehicle as the truck was my only way to get around. I was told the service manager would have to make those arrangements and I was transferred over to her. She said that there was not a loaner vehicle available at that time but she was expecting one to come available soon and would call as soon as one did. I waited a week with no contact from anyone at the Hutto Dealership so I called them. The service manager responded very quickly that Wednesday and got me a loaner car. Before leaving I asked her when she thought she would get the truck in the shop. She said that she was shooting for the end of the week. I should have asked her “WHICH WEEK?” I waited until the following Thursday, 9 days later, before I decided to call but before I could call them I got a Text message saying that my truck was going into the shop. I decided to wait and call the morning, Friday to see what they had found. I had to leave a message and waited for a call. By 4:20 pm I had not gotten any call back so I called again and had to leave a message. By Monday I had still not had anyone call me so I called and had to leave another message. WHY DO THEY HAVE VOICE MALE IF THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND TO CALLS! At 1:40 pm on Monday I had enough and was getting ready to drive over to the Hutto Ford Dealer when I finally got a call back. They told me they believed they knew why I was getting water inside the truck but would not be able to get to it until the end of the week. That would make the total time line from when I first called about the water leak to when they may fix it almost a month and another week of them not call me to keep me informed or not returning my calls. NO, I WAS NOT GOING TO DO THAT. I did drive that Monday to the Hutto Dealer and told them I wanted my truck back. I waited two and a half hours but got my truck back. They physically had my truck for 13 days and did not fix the problem! I wish I had seen their reviews before getting involved with this group! Be smarter than me and go somewhere else! More

This place is solid. Buying from Covert was exactly what I wanted when I was looking for a new car. Sales staff was friendly, they helped me get what I wanted at a reasonable price, and they didn't push me into something I didn't ask for. Jenna Gill was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. Lorenzo and Josh were also super helpful and made me feel like my questions mattered. Definitely recommend. I'll be back. More

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to see if they had any used Suburbans. They had only one but I liked it so we test drove it. Tried to make a deal on it but the mileage was too high for the bank to pic any used Suburbans. They had only one but I liked it so we test drove it. Tried to make a deal on it but the mileage was too high for the bank to pick up the note so we were shown (pics on a phone) one that was a year older but mileage was low. It was getting late so we agreed to come back the next day (Monday). They couldn't find the Suburban, turns out it was out on loan & they had to get it back. That took half the day. They were working the deal & we hadn't even seen or driven the vehicle. The salesman that was helping our salesman presented us a "We Owe" & when questioning him since we hadn't even test drove yet he stated "trust me, there's nothing wrong with it". That was our mistake. Shortly after that the finance guy calls us back to do the paperwork. WE HADN'T EVEN TESTED DROVE IT, YET! We were still waiting for them to get it back from whomever they loaned it to. Eventually we got to drive it. It's very nice drives well, has low mileage & every bell & whistle so we say yes to the deal. Do all the paperwork & now it's ours. It's now closing time for Service. They still want to do a safety check, change oil, etc. so we are asked to come back the next morning with the promise it would be first in line due to the SOLD sign. Oh, I had a trade in & since they are so fast with the paperwork it is now a loaner which gets loaned to us until the "new" one is ready. We show up the next morning about 11:00 & they still haven't gotten it ready. We left to do errands & called about 2 & we are told it wouldn't be ready until Friday or Monday!!! This is on a Tuesday! We went back to dealership & I spoke with the General Sales Mgr. He straightened it out & we got the car finally. On the way home we notice an intermittent vibration that wasn't there when we test drove it. Go back a couple days later (when I have the time) & Salesman Helper says it's our problem now. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Covert Hutto but you can bet it will be the last. Service after the sale has always been poor. Caziel was our original salesman & he is awesome but still learning the job. Ruben was helping him. More

Sales and management are nothing but liars. Incapable of honesty or integrity, this dealership is to be avoided unless you are going to the service department...there is some honesty over there, though had honesty or integrity, this dealership is to be avoided unless you are going to the service department...there is some honesty over there, though had they done all the work needed I would not have had to return-but that also falls on Sales for lying and not making all the repairs needed.
