Everything was was great when we were on the lot the sales guy Tony was very accomodating. Once my wife, myself, and our 17 month old daughter went inside we stayed there for over 6 HOURS until the purc sales guy Tony was very accomodating. Once my wife, myself, and our 17 month old daughter went inside we stayed there for over 6 HOURS until the purchase was final. Unacceptable. Lorena provided a little attitude to my wife and daughter in the "play" area apparently they were blamed for making a mess that was already there. Later she did help when my wife had a request. There is more, but I would like to think this is enough to answer "why". Thank you More

We were immediately approached by Lorena, who went right to work on what we were looking for..she found, and went after, the vehicle we ultimately purchased..she was very instrumental in our use of everythi to work on what we were looking for..she found, and went after, the vehicle we ultimately purchased..she was very instrumental in our use of everything in the truck..this had much more "complicated" amenities than an "old" couple could comprehend..but with Lorenas help, we at least were able to understand the new car installations..The truck was a little more expensive than we were looking for but know it is the right one, we purchased..Our financial helper,Omar, was also great in the financing..got us the best deal and we are satisfied with our outcome at Lasher Dodge..p.s..this is our 4th vehicle there at Lasher and we definately would return and recommend..thanks guys..great job.. I wish to thank your salesperson Lorena Franco. As soon as I arrived she went out of her way to help me. After we found the one for me she walked to the backlot and brought it out front.
