I had the pleasure of working with Lord on a family vehicle purchase and satisfied with his no pressure approach. We called before arriving and all vehicles were waiting for the test ride. We took 1 da vehicle purchase and satisfied with his no pressure approach. We called before arriving and all vehicles were waiting for the test ride. We took 1 day to decide and called back the following day after selecting one. We purchased the vehicle and we’re only at the dealership for approximately an hour. Great customer service with some jokes along the way. More

Lord O. knows the true meaning of customer service. He welcomed me into the store without hesitation. He offered water, coffee, and restroom location. He knows the true meaning of customer service. Lord listened as I explained my concerns when deciding to buy and my budget considerations. Lord was professional and exceptionally pleasant. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the Kia Telluride, including helping me setup the online app which pairs to the vehicle. I highly recommend Lord Obaroghedo. Impeccable customer service! More

This car dealership is a joke. My jeep compass 2020 has been in the shop for a month. The transmission, engine, alternator, corveoir was damaged. This dealership sold my husband and I a lemon. This deale been in the shop for a month. The transmission, engine, alternator, corveoir was damaged. This dealership sold my husband and I a lemon. This dealership is unprofessional. The sales rep, the owner, the managers, the service department are horrible. They expect us to pay a car note. They expect you to be pleased with their services. They are being reported to Channel 7 and the Better business bureau. We will be consulting lawyers and channel 7. They have no remorse for selling us a lemon. WE deserve a brand new vehicle. This entire dealership is horrible. This is unacceptable. It will not be in your best interest to go to this dealership. We are paying parking fees, insurance taxes on a rental vehicle. We don't deserve this type of service at all. NO one has reached out to us. NO one has kept in touch with the service of the vehicle. We have been inconvienece. We are not receiving any help or support from the dealership. RJ, the manager or George, the salesman, have not helped me and they have not communicated effectively. More

We requested the help of Lord Obas in the purchase of our new Elantra, since he was so wonderful to us when we bought our Accent in 2016. His service this time was simply spectacular! He worked hard to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we bought, and he explained everything in a manner we could understand. Our personal needs were very important to him. We also enjoyed great service from Zuvonte Madison in the Finance Department. He was friendly, clear in his explanations, and made the purchase process seem simple. We are also very grateful to Ziggy Grabowski, who upgraded our vehicle purchase at no charge when the vehicle we originally planned to buy became unavailable. A great team doing great work!!! More

I walk with a cane and every employee was very attentive, open and held the door with every move in/out of showroom. Lord Obas presented me with TEAM EFFORT results for purchase! Throughout the experience I never felt neglected,. Lord returned to keep me updated with process as I waited in the showroom. This was the fourth purchase I have made from this dealership and informed every customer in the showroom of my satisfaction! I have always been very satisfied with personality of service department staff. More
