Davis was on top of his gamekeeping me informed about my truck. Issue was resolved in 1 visit. Full inspection, oil change, new tires, alignment - took a while…trouble with communication between delivery of tires & installation tech…he didn’t get the massage that the tires had arrived. I had not such a good experience My experience was far less than perfect and was not a 10 my car was there over a month and when my parts finally arrived they were signed for but not communicated to my a less than perfect and was not a 10 my car was there over a month and when my parts finally arrived they were signed for but not communicated to my advisor it wasn't until I called my warranty company and they gave me the name and the date that they were signed for and then I called my service advisor that it was acknowledged that the parts were there for days and then it took almost another week for the job to get done and my other issue still wasn't resolved More
