After vehicle inspection, I was recommended to have all four tires changed which I agreed to. On the day of the pick-up, I paid the bill and when I went to the car for pick-up, I noticed that the rear two four tires changed which I agreed to. On the day of the pick-up, I paid the bill and when I went to the car for pick-up, I noticed that the rear two tires weren't changed at all (even though I had paid for four tires)!! I was very surprised by this negligence from the service team! How is it that I was recommended to have four tires changed, I agreed to it, I paid for 4 tires, but only 2 tires were changed? If I had not inspected the vehicle during pick-up, I wouldn't even have noticed this issue. This has raised concerns of my trust with the service department. More

The staff plus the technicians have been welcoming and respectful towards their clients. And they did it again.
