We feel blessed to have met Logan Fischer! We initially told salesman, Archie Macmurchy specific details of what features we wanted, and he sent videos of cars that met our criteria! Archie had the day off when we went to Ron Tonkin's, so we met Logan. Both my husband & I have mobility issues and we were pleased not to have to spend time "walking the lot"--- Logan had the car pulled up front for us to check it out. There was no pressure to buy. (Impressive & appreciated). Logan presented information about the car in a professional, personalized and friendly manner! He knew what we wanted/needed and was very helpful in making it happen for us! And – the car only had 7,000 miles on it and was a 2022!! What incredible & fantastic customer service! Logan even followed up after we purchased to see if everything was going well. This is the 2nd car we’ve bought from this lot; we definitely recommend Logan and Archie to others! We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our car at Ron Tonkin. Our salesman, Logan Fisher, was very knowledgeable about the car and he took the time to show us a lot of the features. He answered our questions directly and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Logan was very responsive to emails and even sent us videos of the car - I thought that was pretty cool.
