Last week I stopped by the dealership simply to take a look at their inv My overall experience at the Jaguar Land Rover Mpls dealership was excellent. Last week I stopped by the dealership simply to take a look at their inventory with no immediate plan to buy. This was my first visit to the store. After talking with Lloyd White regarding what I'm looking for, I took him up on the offer to test drive a Discovery HSE LUX. After the drive, we negotiated a fair deal and I was pleased with the outcome. Lloyd was very cordial and attentive to my interest, he looks out for his customers. He was able to put me at ease after answering all of my questions. Although he wanted to close the deal, I did not feel that he was too pushy. Lloy is very knowledgeable about the product and guaranteed great Land Rover customer service in the future. I look forward to creating trust and a good relationship with the Jaguar Land Rover Mpls team. After the purchase, I met with Danny Bernstrom the encore specialist to set up a time to go over how everything works in the Discovery and for an overview of the Land Rover InControl Remote app. Really appreciate the customer care....A+ all around.
