I have a credit score over 800 and was ready to put down a significant down payment, but the dealerships around me wanted to overcharge me. I had a family member and friend tell me to call Longo Toyota before I gave up for the day. When I spoke with her on the phone, she was very professional and honest about the current inventory. I felt so good about the phone call that I stopped shopping around and decided to give her a chance. When I pulled into the dealership that day, she showed me the different car options and pricing. I ended up choosing a Rav 4 Hybrid and felt great about it. Lizette Vega also kept me updated on the delay in shipping. I had friends who said a dealership close to them had the car on their lot, but because of the treatment, professionalism, and great vibe I got from Lizette Vega, I chose to stick with this car purchase.
