Excellent service that goes above and beyond to accommodate! I called this dealership on a whim after having a very negative experience with another dealer that was giving me the runaround on a Ford Edge... L I called this dealership on a whim after having a very negative experience with another dealer that was giving me the runaround on a Ford Edge... Liz G. answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone (for a fully Lincoln MKC that was $75 less a month than what the Edge would have cost mind you).... I came in within the hour to sign the paperwork, and put no money down. Within 48 hours, I had the car... I had some questions about pick up and delivery-Liz answers her cell phone at 8 pm, when I knew she had finished her shift at 6 pm. The following week, I forgot to mention we had another lease in the house, Liz submits the paperwork and lowers my monthly payment-a week AFTER the deal was finalized. She just called me on her day off to let me know. Talk about a refreshing experience with a car dealer! If you're looking for service, and have had enough of BS and games that make people cringe when they think of car buying/leasing, you should go see Liz G. I don't think I'll ever a buy a car from anyone else until she retires... She's THAT good. More

This Lincoln dealer was amazingly friendly, accommodating, and actually cared about my needs. I was greeted at the door by several people including reception and they allowed me to browse without being down my neck, yet always there when I had questions. My innitial test drive was also quite accommodating. I was able to take the vehicle out on my own with no time limitations and when I got back the salesperson cared enough to sit me down and ask how i liked the vehicle and walked me through any other questions I had. With this experience a few months later I decided to make a purchase from the same salesperson because of the professional and courteous treatment I had received. That process was even more enjoyable as the salesperson gave accurate pricing for financing and leasing before I even reached the finance office.
