This woman is rude and should be fired for threatening people!!! She sold a car to my 18 yr old son and scammed him out of 6k. He didn't get financed for the car he put money down on but wouldn't return t people!!! She sold a car to my 18 yr old son and scammed him out of 6k. He didn't get financed for the car he put money down on but wouldn't return the money so he had to buy a different car he didn't want or lose 6k. So he took the one they gave him even after telling her that he won't make a single payment. He was then financed through westlake financial and didn't make a payment. This Lissa woman decided to call and leave a voice-mail almost 5 months later threatening to report the car stolen. He already told the finance people to get it 3 months ago and they didn't. She has no right to call a financed car in stolen or threaten to. But I do have screen shots of her threats. Also the car was stolen a month ago and wrecked into a house and had been sitting in a tow yard. There is a police report of the kid who stole it and wrecked it. More

The two sales people I had contact with were great, the business itself not so much. Would not negotiate at all on price and I'm talking about 200 dollars. They wouldn't budge. Description of the vehicle said it had bluetooth and a moon roof. It had neither. Having said that, they did go out and buy a bluetooth adapter which was nice of them, but that cost all of 25.00. I did purchase the vehicle just because I drove a long way to get there. One other complaint was the $1000.00 document fee which is quite excessive. More

If I could give zero stars I would. My name is Venus and I got in car accident. Insurance company told me I bought car but Carizona will not give me my salvage title. Now my car is impounded after I have paid almost 7500. 00 dollars to get my 2012 dodge charger fixed. They sent all this fake title paperwork to my insurance company saying I could get my car in my name with that paperwork. All lies. Secretary of State called DMV in Az from Michigan and they said Carizona never put title in my name. So when impound sends abandoned car letter it will go to Carizona who will then get my car I bought back insurance company. They just give me the run around. No one will call me back from Maritza to Lisa the manager. The owner will not even call me back. Also Issac lied to me and told me payments would go towards my credit. I put 9000.00 down on a car that went from 13,500 and some odd dollars to 23,0000.00 dollars. They got paid for the car it is no lien on it . So I basically just lost out because they scammed my black xxx good!! More
