My husband and I met with Justin to go over options for trading in our lease. Justin was thorough when gathering information for what type of car we were hoping to get and addressing concerns brought on by our previous lease experience. He kept us updated and was clear about each step of the process. The whole process was quick and as simple as buying a car can be. My family has been with VW for about 40 years now and I have personally dealt with all of MA VW dealerships and Patrick Vw has been the most reliable and helpful of the three. We are happy to find a car sales rep and dealership we can trust! More
