I have been with the Reynolds family for over 31 years. My father and mother always told me if you work hard and you’re honest good things will happen. When I started at Reynolds I started as the switchboard operator and file clerk and now I am the Commercial Truck manager. I am truly blessed to work with a family that has so much integrity and value. My husband is Douglas and we have six grandchildren. We love baseball, golf, and each other.

I just wanted to let you know what a nice experience we had this past Sunday at Reynolds Buick. My partner and I came in to purchase a 2013 GMC Sierra extended cab truck and the three professionals who hel had this past Sunday at Reynolds Buick. My partner and I came in to purchase a 2013 GMC Sierra extended cab truck and the three professionals who helped us made it an extremely easy and comfortable process. First, there was Lisa Lidle who amazed us by expediting the paper work process in such a quick and effortless fashion that we could hardly believe it when we compared it to the fiasco of buying our previous vehicle at another dealership. Her knowledgeable and confident attitude was very reassuring to us and we knew were in good hands and would be treated fairly. Then, Paul in finance walked us through all of our options and explained everything very clearly to us. Again, he was thorough and efficient with all of the paper work and we were confident we made the right decisions. Finally, Mr. Salter introduced us to our new vehicle and helped me to understand how everything operated. He even sat with me and helped me through the process of signing-up with On-Star. Overall, it was a terrific experience and we just wanted to let you know that these three are to be commended for providing excellent customer service. More

Every one was very frendly. I sailed thru the entire process. I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale. I saw the truck in the Reynolds lot and knew by the color size, options that it was goi process. I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale. He stayed with me and went over all the truck options and didnt seen concerned I might be wasting his time if I didn't buy today. I went home got on the internet and looked over the the options I had available to me. When I went back to Reynols GMC, Jeff had gone home for the day. I met with Dean upon my arrival. I told him I had been there earlier and wanted to test drive a truck. We drove the truck thru the hills of West Covina to check the handling. When we arrived back at the dealership,we started the paperwork. Lisa came into the office and asked if I needed anything. Again everyone I met was very courteous and professional. This is my second truck I have owned, the first was a 1975 also bought at Reynolds. More

This was the easiest car sale I have ever had. My wife and I have bought many cars over our 42 years of marriage and this was the best. I thought dealing with Rudy first through the internet made he trans and I have bought many cars over our 42 years of marriage and this was the best. I thought dealing with Rudy first through the internet made he transaction smoother--once we arrived in person, the deal was essentially done, very little negotiating was necessary to make the least deal work for us. Even the trade was competitive and fair. Lisa, the sales manager, introduced herself to us and told us a little bit about herself and the history of the dealership. Paul, the finance manager, was easy to work with, and did not pressure us to buy additional products or warranties--I liked that. This is the first vehicle we have purchased from Reynolds but it won't be the last. We will recommend Rudy and Reynolds to friends and family. Finally we appreciated Rudy spending quality time with us to review (in detail) the vehicle's features as well as tell us to contact him at any time if we had questions or needed anything. I can understand why Reynolds was rated number 1 in California--they work with the customer. More
