Very poor experience, purchase a 2018 Chevy Malibu for my son Eric as his other car was in an accident for repair. I purchased the car and was rushed through the sale, Rushed, baffled with xx question and signing many papers on closing, No Floor Mats, Oil at the end of life 10%, Dents in the hood shown up after washing and two flat tires the next day. No luck in the past with this dealership repairing or replacing tires without them leaking because never replacing the value stem when I ask them to make sure to do this! Got home to review the contract only to find out my 500 Dollars was not applied to my purchase. Past oil changes on Kia, however they never replaced the crush washer on the drain plug causing an oil leak. I have waisted so much return time on repairs as I use to do this kind of work saying Make sure you do this or that!! Finally got my 500 dollars back. Not my job to correct all their poor sales mistakes and repairs and all the time I spent! Service i would rate very poor as Mike the service Manager stated we are only Familiar with Subaru, what's a crush washer is said!! Past experience with Corwin years ago before the Take over of Muscatell this year was also very, very poor! CORWIN CURSE REMAINS!! Scott H More
