Very understanding, patient and she followed up with me. The entire service team at Rallye made an unpleasant situation smooth & seemless. My car left my (9 month) pregnant wife stranded on the side of the highway. Roadside came, issued us a loaner and ultimately, I was able to get into a new car based on the repeated service issues my vehicle had. I don't expect any luxury car to be perfect. They have a lot electronics which can become defective at any moment. The EXPERIENCE from Lisa and the service management team (Charlie & Keith) was fantastic. Anyone can sell you a car, but great service and a pleasant experience when you are frustrated and having problems is hard to find. I'm a raving fan of Rallye and I HIGHLY recommend you purchase from them. - Kevin Douglas More
