Periodically jarring the entire process I forgot I was even purchasing a vehicle it was like I was shopping with my best friend she answered all my questions and was willing to help me at every turn and because of that I will never shop anywhere else ever again. BEST TRUCK PURCHASE EVER!!! I might also add the quick response I received prior to my arrival from Lisa Chamberlain with a price quote that definitely got my attention and who also helped to set up my meeting with Florin, was so perfect. We went to drive the truck...it was great and I put a deposit on it right then and there. My office did the rest of the work and now I am the very happy owner of yet another Ford product. I should mention that in my family, one of the kids has an F350 crew cab diesel my wife has an Edge, I also had and 1995 F250 and traded it in for a 2010 Escape. Just a quick story on that....legally I managed to get 105,000 miles out of the tires that came with the car...yes I am a great driver! I also own a 1949 2N, but nobody at the dealership knows what that is...I don't expect them to...they do not sell them, but it is fun for me to tell them that I own one. I just came back the other day to pick up the bed liner we had talked about installing and I had the great pleasure of helping out with installation...I got to watch as Bob down in the service department did a perfect job of putting it in. Starting with Lisa Chamberlain the BDC Manager, Brandon Williams the Sales and Leasing Consultant ( who exemplified the meaning of helpfulness and professionalism and went above and beyond in answering any and all questions we had ), the Sales Manager Guillaume Jean was great and the Finance Manager Sean Alpert explained every facet on the money side of the deal we received. We started researching the 2013 Ford C-Max since they started rolling off the assembly line last September and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We took delivery of our new C-Max on 1/18/13 and will definitely recommend your dealership to all our family and friends for an enjoyable buying experience with an A-1 staff who should be recognized for the great job they do. No pressure what so ever, when I told them that I didn't want to pay X amount of dollars, they adjusted fire, and got me a purchase price, and financing I could live with, especially in this rotten economy! I tell anyone and everyone that happens to be in the market for a new or even used car, to head straight down to Herb Chambers Ford if they want to be taken care of in a personal and professional manner! More
