Oil change I received service points and a coupon for my oil change. The service points was sent to me via email. I had this information on my phone, however I I received service points and a coupon for my oil change. The service points was sent to me via email. I had this information on my phone, however I neglected to bring the coupon. The service manager said he would allow me to bring the coupon the next day. I did so and it was honored. I’ve used there service several times and have always been pleased. More

Negligence to detail Oil changes and tire rotation can typically take 1 1/2 -2 1/2 hours. Fair enough, but dealerships have to realize they can be done cheaper and quicke Oil changes and tire rotation can typically take 1 1/2 -2 1/2 hours. Fair enough, but dealerships have to realize they can be done cheaper and quicker elsewhere. To compensate for this they market the idea that a complimentary car wash will return your car cleaner than when you brought it in. Twice now that hasn't happened. I saw my car pulled of the rack and waited 54 minutes waiting for it to be returned cleaner than when I brought it in. Nothing had been done...at all (again) and I complained to the service department and it was returned nice and clean 14 minutes later. This is the 5th car I bought from Gunn Nissan. Standards there have changed with their hiring careless employees . I haven't asked for anything additional performed. My expectations haven't changed but management needs to know what's not being done anymore. I have the highest respect for the employees listed below. The problem exists between the mechanic that completes the necessary work and the Cavalier attitude of person running the car through the car wash and returning it to the customer. More
