Abandoned After Sale I Purchased a used 2015 KIA Sedona. During the sale there was some confusion over the dealer fee. It was resolved by paying one half of it. At the I Purchased a used 2015 KIA Sedona. During the sale there was some confusion over the dealer fee. It was resolved by paying one half of it. At the closing, I was informed that there was only one fob to start the car. If I wanted a second one, I would have to go to a KIA dealer to get one. The cost quoted by LIA KIA is $320. So much for getting a good deal. Somehow SeriusXM radio was notified that I purchased the car and started a free trial. I received this information by email from SeriusXM not the dealer. For whatever reason there was a problem getting the SeriusXM to work and when I went back to the dealer to resolve the issue, after a cursory attempt by my sales agent, which failed, I was left to resolve it on my own. After about an hour on the phone with SeriusXM, I was able to get it. When I requested my sales agent to get me the presales maintenance on my car, she told me to get it myself which I did with another trip to the dealership. The service area were very accommodating. More
