I was a returning Leith Honda customer, my how things have changed. Sales management team was combative and derogatory towards other area dealers. Had a "take it or leave it" attitude and did not seem at have changed. Sales management team was combative and derogatory towards other area dealers. Had a "take it or leave it" attitude and did not seem at all interested in finding solutions. We were not able to agree on price ( I wanted a $500 discount on a full price vehicle + $450 in dealer add ons and $699 doc fee). I am a local buyer so they would have had lifetime maintenance. And I was trading in so they would have made money there as well. Their attitude seems very short sighted. Reggie Jackson was happy to work the deal I wanted (paid more than CARMAX for my trade in) and I am thrilled with my purchase from them. More
