The upfront service was good but the product itself and post purchase experience has been terrible. We are extremely disappointed in the service from Mazda of Roswell. The 2019 f150 which cost 31 thousand post purchase experience has been terrible. We are extremely disappointed in the service from Mazda of Roswell. The 2019 f150 which cost 31 thousand dollars. Has been in the repair shop four separate times since purchase. Ford has now quoted 12 thousand dollars for major motor repair and transmission replacement( due to metal found in fluid) and timing issues related to p0016 code. I understand we purchased as is and declined the extended warranty, but no reasonable person would expect to purchase a vehicle, used or otherwise, from a reputable dealership and spend this kind of money on repairs before we have even made it to the first oil change. I strongly believe and based on fords opinion that Mazda of Roswell misrepresented this vehicle, knew of issues and failed to disclose these issues. Looking at the timeline and vehicle history, the multiple sales at auction before arriving at Mazda of Roswell should’ve been a red flag. When we showed up for the scheduled test drive the battery was dead which we have learned can reset the adaptive shift tables and pcm/ecu clearing any permanent codes. Which would’ve temporarily calmed any shifting issues which in a short test drive would’ve not noticed. Then on pickup after purchase the battery was dead again which I assume was to clear any codes again. This vehicle is 46 days old to us and it unreasonable to incur a repair cost of 12 thousand or attempt to trade in for a significant loss with the now known issues. Our situation may be insignificant to Mazda of Roswell but is not insignificant to us. This is a terrible a representation for Mazda of Roswell. We would still like work with Mazda of Roswell to make this right. But i would warry be when purchasing any future new or used vehicle from this dealership. More

There aren't enough words to describe my wonderful experience working with Tytiana and the entire Mazda of Roswell team. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire proce experience working with Tytiana and the entire Mazda of Roswell team. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered with care, and I never felt overwhelmed. Tytiana has been sure to check in several times since I left the dealership with my new car. I know I can depend on this team if anything ever comes up. I am incredibly thankful and will sing their praises from the rooftops every chance I get. 10 out of 10 experience, would highly recommend! More

I am thrilled with my service from Mazda of Roswell. My sales consultant Elysia Rezak was amazing, super knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I found the best car for my needs. Because My sales consultant Elysia Rezak was amazing, super knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I found the best car for my needs. Because I had recently been hit by another car and my car totalled I was very concerned about safety. My work also required certain cargo accommodations in a vehicle. Elysia encouraged me to drive several models and helped me take cargo measurements to make sure which cars would work best for my job. Elysia and her managers also took the time to locate the revised Insurance Institute crash test data to show me just how amazing Mazda performs compared with its peers. I can't recommend Mazda of Roswell and Elysia more! Thank you! More

Bahar H was my internet connection and was very quick to review the offer I made on a specific CX5 preferred trim. She got back to me in record time, less then 40 min that my terms were agreed upon by the Mgr on duty that day! I despise new car buying but THIS experience was the BEST I've ever had. Bahar found the EXACT vehicle I wanted in S.C. and a week later, I was driving it! Ricky was the sales rep who got me acquainted with my vehicle when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car. He was very thorough going over the the key features of my car. He recommended a quick test drive and went over necessary paperwork details. Ricky is a 24k gold asset to this dealership. He is going places! Louis, who helped me with the financing, is a gem! His knowledge and expertise in his area was very apparent and truly appreciated. To sum things up, Mazda of Roswell has some VERY valuable people working there. In my experiences with new car buying (14 times) I have found that Dealerships can be very greedy and pushy (Jim Ellis Mazda, for one) and make things uncomfortable for the buyer. Without a doubt, I did NOT see this anywhere along the process of purchasing my car at Mazda of Roswell. I am SINCERELY impressed with Bahar, Ricky, Louis and the manager who immediately agreed to my offer, Linwood Bonner, TY! I will be back to purchase another Mazda at this dealership without a doubt and I will be referring everyone I know to consider them as well. WELL DONE! Happy customer! More

I just leased a brand new 2021 Mazda cx-30 and I had it shipped to me across the country from this dealership. It was by far the easiest experience I have ever had. And the car? Impeccable. Luxurious design, comfortable seats and it even has CarPlay! if your considering a Mazda I highly recommend speaking to the folks over at Mazda of Roswell. The staff? Extremely knowledgeable, hilarious, and overall have a great vibe. They spent so much time with me on the phone going over every last little thing. Getting cars right now isn’t easy, availability is down and prices are high; but look no further, call Mazda of Roswell now and ask for Louis! He’s the man! I was able to get a great rate. More
