When I arrived at Spritzer Ford for my service
appointment, Lindsey Valentine greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. I told her I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. S

She advised me that at 15,000 miles I might want to have a fuel induction service done. I would not have thought about that, but decided to have that done as well. She also asked if I would like to have my vehicle washed at no extra charge. Of course I said "yes"!🙂
She was informative,pleasant and professional. As it took some extra time for the fuel induction service, she kept me informed of the progress.
The service department was very clean and well kept. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a free cup of coffee!
This was an overall pleasant experience
Although I live over an hour away, I definitely will return to Spritzer Ford for service.

She fully explained what they were going to do, what items were coming up for service along with an estimate, plus we talked about tires. I had alot of questions and Lindsey answered them all! Supreme customer service! I used to go to 2 other Ford service dealers/Quick Lanes and found I needed to go somewhere else where they were not pushing unnecessary charges. I felt I was being taken advantage of because I am a female as I know nothing about servicing cars beyond the basics. I will definitely return to Spitzer! I recommend Spitzer and definitely see Lindsey in service! Thank you!!!
