Carli and Dalton were good. Car was not detailed. Headliner and backseats were in the same condition as when I test drove the car and I discussed this with salesman. I was told by staff the day that I picked it up, that the car was going to be detailed. When I went to pick up the car, I asked to have the backseat cleaned before I took the car, one small spot in the middle seat was removed, the others remained. Oil life monitor not checked, wasnt sure if oil was changed, tire pressures varied from 29 to 36. Needs a less hectic purchase process and avoid over booking, especially when it comes to the end of the month and cramming a lot of sales in one day. Not fair to the purchaser. More

Recently I bought a Honda Odyssey and dealt with salesman Chris Becktoft who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I ultimately decided to go to Mohawk Honda because after finding a few Odysseys at other dealerships I felt that Chris was a great salesman. Often I've found salesmen are pushy to buy asap or put off and somewhat rude once they realize your not there to buy that day and Chris was nothing like that so I was happy to go back and buy through him! Once purchasing, Lindsey went through all the features in the Odyssey and set my phone up which was great because I still didn't know all the features in my old van nor had I set up my phone lol. I definitely reccomend Mohawk Honda and will be a return customer for sure! Thanks Chris Becktoft for being an exemplary salesman who I was more then happy to buy through! More
