The service was great, but they did not address the initial issue which brought us to the dealership, but they did find additional work that needed to be addressed. Also, we had a remote starter insta initial issue which brought us to the dealership, but they did find additional work that needed to be addressed. Also, we had a remote starter installed by the dealer a year before which would no longer work. The service technicians did not know how to activate it. After searching on the internet, I found that the remote starter would go into a sleep mode if not used for a period of time and just needed to be "woken up". All in all, the service was very professional and plan on using them for future service. More
