My second contact was Leo H, although Leo did not end of being my salesman he was very friendly and left an impression on me. Mark Rodriguez was EXCEPTIONAL!! He was very patient with me because I am not the type that can be rushed. He made sure I got everything I expected to get when I came in the door. When my son and I arrived, Joe Z set us up right away with Rita H, who knows her stuff! She is professional to the highest degree but personable and committed to selling a car that is in budget. My son purchased a certified pre-owned Trax, and Rita made sure it was completely detailed and all questions were answered. The dealership had no hidden fees and s stayed with the online price, not like another dealer who told us that an online price was different from an in-store price. the 2 gentlemen we dealt with in Finance were experts who gave my son excellent options and honest answers. We recommend this dealership! More

Every other dealership made it difficult. I came in to Schumacher and spoke with Leo Hernandez, and with in minutes he totally beat a previous deal and did it so courteously. I would recommend this dealer to everyone! More
