After a bad car purchase experience, I hoped my first
service visit would be better. It wasn’t. I scheduled my appointment in advance, but upon arrival was told there was no shuttle or loaner available.
service visit would be better. It wasn’t. I scheduled my appointment in advance, but upon arrival was told there was no shuttle or loaner available. They kept my car for 48 hours due to an “ongoing issue,” yet I received no updates and had to call multiple times.
Eventually, I was told there was no problem. After agreeing to an oil change, I again had to keep calling for updates. When I picked up my car, it smelled bad and had almost no fuel. Because of the delays and poor communication, I missed my prayer during Ramadan.
Lack of communication, lack of accountability, and no respect for customers’ time.

I told him to Keep me up on what was available and he did. Twice he asked if his initiative was too much and I said “no”. Time ultimately will tell..

Time ultimately will tell.. but I think Travis’s “unicorn” description of the car we bought seems to be pretty accurate. The extended warranty we had taken on a pre owned Honda back in 2020 was honored twice! We went Toyota this round!
