She kept me informed which enabled me to make decisions and further assisted in verifying problem was covered by warranty. Cannot express how grateful I was to have her handle my service problem. Their communication was very poor. Their techs appear to lack in quality with diagnosing issues. They had my truck for a month and finally fixed it with help from GM Tech.
