Shaun, Lily, Frank, and Pam are Awesome! ! All of them are professional, upbeat, funny, and most of all honest. I don't have to ever worry about my car or the price for repairs. They always p ! They always provide me with a heads up on what my next repair/maint. will be so I can budget for it. My 2015 Sonata Sport has 279,000 miles on everything except the engine. Before the engine was replaced because of a recall, I had 177,000 miles on it. I drive from Tampa to this dealership because of the service I receive from the people able down to the techs in the shop. Thank you ALL for keeping me on teh Road More

Tried selling me $2800 worth of service when they know the engine is malfunctioning due to oil issues. Come to find out the 2017 Sonatas are notorious for needing engines replaced. I did not know that at the engine is malfunctioning due to oil issues. Come to find out the 2017 Sonatas are notorious for needing engines replaced. I did not know that at time of purchase. I spoke to Hyundai Consumer Affairs and they walked me through the proper protocol for engine replacement - this dealership did not follow protocol, they just tried upselling service. Then tried telling me that because I was not the original owner Hyundai would not replace the engine anyway. Hyundai issued an Extended Warranty on the Rod Bearring in the engines of these 2017 Sonatas because they were failing. And what is the result of a faulty Rod Bearing? A malfunctioning rod bearing can lead to both oil consumption and leakage. If rod bearings fail, they can cause the engine to burn oil, and they can also CREATE oil leaks due to wear and tear on the connecting rod components. They allow oil to bypass the piston rings and enter the combustion chamber where it is burned off. But hey - what do I know? I have bought six (6) vehicles from this dealership and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I am done with them - not that they care - and will never purchase from Hyundai of New Port Richey again!! More

I purchased 2 Ioniq 5’s from this dealership in 2022 and those transactions were very smooth overall. So far we have had carpeting come off the back of the rear seats, USB ports blown, and now I have a saf those transactions were very smooth overall. So far we have had carpeting come off the back of the rear seats, USB ports blown, and now I have a safety system alert that’s disabling many of the smart features in the car. Would any of this be a deal breaker? Not necessarily it wouldn’t no… So why the 3 star rating? Well, you see the service department is the real issue! They don’t want to do anything but basic maintenance on weekends, so I still don’t have my USB ports fixed, and the safety recalls and safety alerts are treated like routine maintenance. I had a recall scheduled and they cancelled it due to a Hurricane, but did they proactively attempt to reschedule people? Nope! So now I have a real issue and this dealer is 2 miles away, but they will only do diagnostics on weekdays and can’t get me in for more than 3 weeks. So I called Hyundai corporate and all they would do was find em another dealer 20 miles away that would do the diagnostics on a Saturday and even that is 2 weeks away! This is literally the worst service I’ve ever had from an auto manufacturer and I will likely just trade the car for a better brand when this issue is fixed! More

We had bought a new 2020 Palisade from Hyundai NPR and had a wind noise coming from the driver's door, so, we brought it back to our dealer. Our service advisor Lily said they'd have to have a body shop had a wind noise coming from the driver's door, so, we brought it back to our dealer. Our service advisor Lily said they'd have to have a body shop check it out. Turns out the door wasn't aligned correctly with the door latch which had to be replaced. Since the car was so new the latch would have to be ordered and take 3 to 4 days. Lily kept us updated every step of the way. When the part arrived Lily said the body shop had damaged the outer window reveal molding while they were aligning the door and that it would have to be ordered as well. That was it we were stuck with a small rental car and had family coming in this week which would have been 2 weeks without our car being fixed. So we went to Hyundai and talked to JV the asst service manager. When he heard our dilemma he talked with Lily who filled him in what happened. Then JV said he'd have them take the moulding that we needed off of his own vehicle which just happened to be a 2020 Palisade like ours! This gentleman went beyond our expectations as does Lily our service advisor! After they installed the moulding Travis the shop foreman went with us to test the car for wind noise. We could only do 60 mph in town so Travis said when we go out on the interstate to check it then at 70-75 mph and if we hear any noise to bring it back and let him know as he had also ordered a window run in case which would help alleviate the problem as well. With a staff like that it's no wonder that Hyundai has such a reputation. Ditto to Hyundai, JV, Lily, Travis and Jeff (our sales rep) for taking care of us like family! More

I have been purchasing new vehicles for over 20 years and have encountered many sales people. Hyundai of NPR is extremely fortunate to have a person like Bill Rossi onboard. He is the best salesperson I have encountered. Extremely outgoing, friendly, highly concerned with providing customers with a very upbeat and positive buying experience, plus following up after the sale to ensure all is good with the customer. His no pressure attitude is exceptional in the car buying world today. We did do some negotiating however it was not the take it or leave it attitude like most dealerships. He has an amazing knowledge of each vehicle, options and gave excellent overview of various Hyundai models. My wife is a first responder in Pasco County, we recommend Bill Rossi to anyone interested in a purchasing a vehicle. I also had the please of using the Service dept. and encountered Lilly Cawley. Another great employee with excellent customer service acumen. She provided me with the option to wait for my vehicle to be completed or Uber home. Glad I chose to stay as vehicle completed in half the time I was quoted. More
