This is my second car purchase at Jennings Volkswagen. I find my car experience with Jennings to be relaxed and pleasant. The opposite of every other car buying experience I’ve ever had. What a pleasure working with the Jennings dealership! They were warm and friendly from the get-go, they were open and reasonable as we negotiated for my Atlas cross sport. But what I really appreciated was how they worked with me on my financing and got me the deal I needed. I can’t say enough. Especially about my sales person Lily. I have to mention her because she was amazing from start to finish. She explained everything so well and was so easy to work with. She showed me that she really cared about my thoughts and feelings, so I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Jennings and looking for Lily as your sales person!😊 More

The sales department is wonderful, the service department is as bad as the sales department is good. I purchased my Atlas 3 weeks ago and the gas cap was installed incorrectly leading my check engine light t is as bad as the sales department is good. I purchased my Atlas 3 weeks ago and the gas cap was installed incorrectly leading my check engine light to come on. I purchased this car sooner than planned specifically to use it for a family trip where I needed the extra seats. I brought the car in with hopes they would at least look at it with some priority since it was only a week old. Major, who checks cars in and had been obnoxious and arrogant when I had dropped off my previous car for service said they could not do anything without an appointment but they had availability the following week when I would be gone. I begrudgingly took an 8 AM appointment when I got back and risked driving it. When I arrived with the car, I was told I could wait, probably an hour to 75 minutes for a diagnosis. I decided to go to work. Almost 2.5 hours elapsed before they even looked at the car and if it wasn't for me hounding them, it likely would have been longer. When I questioned Major about the time to even begin diagnosing he made an excuse rather obnoxiously that the previous appointments had run long. So basically in the first 30 minutes of the day they were 2 hours behind. Having been so adamant about appointments, I find it quite offensive that they did not look at the car until 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Ado the service director was unwilling to take any accountability for the behavior of his team. More

All we can say is wow! We called asking for Lily as we read great reviews about her and she lived up to those reviews! Lily was amazing! I was looking for a new VW Jetta sel silver color went to Jennings VW lily Brough showed me a white one that was in stock. I had a great experience on negotiating the price of the car with Lily she was great I ended up buying the white Jetta and enjoy driving it. I like the Jetta more then other car manufacturers. More
