The customer service experience I had with this dealership was extremely poor. After purchasing my Yukno Denali over a month ago, I was told by the finance manager that I would receive the registra dealership was extremely poor. After purchasing my Yukno Denali over a month ago, I was told by the finance manager that I would receive the registration and title in the mail within 30 days. However, when I contacted the dealership numerous times to inquire about the status, they informed me they had just filed the title and I would have to wait an additional two weeks, well past the 30-day timeframe. Additionally, I reached out four times about not receiving the rear entertainment headphones that were advertised on their website. The first two times, the sales consultant ignored my messages. The third time, I asked to speak with the sales manager, Shawn, who said he would order through his parts department and follow up, but never heard back. When I called again, Lilly, my original sales consultant answered, and stated she would follow up with Shawn to make sure they got order and update me. I still have not received any update on that. As someone with 8 years of experience working at a dealership, I know this level of unresponsiveness and failure to follow through is unacceptable.
