Echo Park went above and beyond in customer service with my Lexus ES300h 2022 purchase and repair work this last week. Apparently, the car I purchased had an after market bumper placed on it that was not in my Lexus ES300h 2022 purchase and repair work this last week. Apparently, the car I purchased had an after market bumper placed on it that was not installed correctly, when a sensor popped out Park Place refused warranty service citing it was not installed correctly. I called echo park and asked them what could be done.. AJ stepped up and said he would make it right and he did!!! I had to get home for the holidays and needed my car fixed fast. AJ got my car back up to standard and washed and detailed it super nice! I would be remiss if I do not give a shout out to Lilia Galindo my original sales rep that helped coordinate the repairs and help sell me the challenger I purchased for my son this year too! Echo park is amazing! This is how car purchases should be! I live echo park! More

Great experience buying a car at EchoPark! I actually did the paperwork online then Lilia Galindo reached out to me to get a couple of documents to compete the purchase and arrange for pickup. They sell lots of cars, really, really, really, really, really, really slowly. I mean zero concern for time, they've got nowhere to go but the next customer.
