I recently purchased a new Subaru from this dealer. It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesa It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesaw did not live up to the pervious experience and the experience had been so bad that I no longer want to deal with Subaru. This deal has 0 customers service, they do not return calls and are a bear to work with. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. I wish I could give less than 1 star. More

John treats his customers like family. I bought our first Subaru for my son, a 2014 WRX STI, from him nearly 10 years ago. This past weekend, I traded my 2018 Crosstrek Premium for a 202 I bought our first Subaru for my son, a 2014 WRX STI, from him nearly 10 years ago. This past weekend, I traded my 2018 Crosstrek Premium for a 2024 Outback Touring XT. As always, John and his team were professional and efficient flawlessly executing my deal and delivery of the vehicle. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a great deal on the new vehicle. From start to finish, every part of my experience was perfect! I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 1/2 hours which included a full demonstration of every feature of the new vehicle (those features are many on a Touring XT!). These are just a few of the reasons I will always work with John and his team at Subaru of Kennesaw. More

Took my car in for a recall and they call me and tell me I have an oil leak and it will be $3800 to fix. I said that is too expensive and that I had no oil leaking prior to bringing my car to the dealership I have an oil leak and it will be $3800 to fix. I said that is too expensive and that I had no oil leaking prior to bringing my car to the dealership. I get the car home and sure enough oil leaking. So I take it to my mechanic who tells me the oil valve was loose and it sprayed oil all over my engine. He cleaned my engine and changed my oil for $65.00 and no leak anywhere. They must have loosened the valve and even if they didn't and in some crazy way it came loose on the drive to the dealership isn't that the first thing a mechanic would check rather than tell me they need to take my engine apart to find the leak! Never ever again will I go to this service center. Scammers or just really bad mechanics you pick! More

Subaru will not admit their problem I have had oil burning issues with my 2012 Forrester and my 2015 Forrester. Subaru says it is perfectly normal for me to have to come in every 2000 mi I have had oil burning issues with my 2012 Forrester and my 2015 Forrester. Subaru says it is perfectly normal for me to have to come in every 2000 miles for a quart of oil. My 2012 blew the engine, luckily just within the warranty. My 2015 is nearing the end of warranty and needs a quart of oil every 2000 or so miles. I can only hope it blows before the warranty expires. Subaru of Kennesaw says no issue, just come in and top off your oil whenever the light comes on. No big deal. More

As long time Subaru buyers (we are on our 8th Subaru over more than 20 years), when we moved down here we stumbled into Subaru of Kennesaw by sheer luck and luck it was. In the last two years we have purchased three vehicles from the dealership and have met with nothing but pleasant and friendly relationships even when negotiating a price. Our primary dealings have been with Ralph Kurland who has been a knowledgeable and easy to work with salesman but we have also dealt with with Service Manager Todd Estes and his assistant Liberty Proulx who have come through in going above and beyond in resolving a few issues. Johnny Poole has shown real interest in making sure his customers are satisfied. Overall, the place is great and I would strongly recommend it without reservation. More

Staff was courteous and considerate I made an appointment, and brought my car in. The staff was ready to work on my vehicle and they had it ready when they said they would. The dealers I made an appointment, and brought my car in. The staff was ready to work on my vehicle and they had it ready when they said they would. The dealership has done a good job of keeping a record of the work done on my vehicle and when it was done. Overall, I am pleased with the service department of this dealership. Only one small complaint. For oil changes I had become accustomed to making an appointment. Then I was told that this was no longer necessary; just bring the car in. Fortunately, my wife had me call before coming; it was good thing she did. Now appointments are required. More
