Liana has been in the automotive business for more than 30 years. She has been with Koons Kia since 2010, but has been a part of the Koons family since 1981. Liana began at Koons Falls Church Ford as a switchboard operator when she was in high school. She has worked several jobs in the service department and the accounting department before being promoted to Service and Parts Director. Liana and her husband Greg have five children. She loves to cook, and has a passion for coming up with new recipes.

Quick, Professional & Excellent Service Brought my car in for service and it was done in the time they originally predicted even though the car needed more service than originally thought.
