Best Dealership in St. Louis I worked with Lisa and Jay and they were absolutely top notch. I traded in my 2018 Crosstrek and purchased a 2019 Crosstrek. The same car, just a year I worked with Lisa and Jay and they were absolutely top notch. I traded in my 2018 Crosstrek and purchased a 2019 Crosstrek. The same car, just a year newer. Lisa, who is a new Subaru owner herself, was so down to earth; and hearing about her positive experiences with both the dealership and her own Subaru Crosstrek made me feel like part of the family. She ensured that I was aware of everything related to the purchase; the vehicle, the warranties, and all of the extras (Subaru StarLink, auto dimming mirrors, etc). It was clear she knew a lot about Subaru and her confidence in the product she was selling made me even more confident that I was in the right place. Adam in finance was incredibly helpful when explaining the financial legalities. He relieved a great deal of anxiety by going over all paperwork and simplifying a lot of the documents. He was friendly, relatable, and it was obvious he took pride in his job. The entire team was professional, polite, and from start to finish, it was evident this was a one of a kind dealership. They treated me like I was the only customer in the dealership and even while we waited for finance to get back to me, they provided prompt updates and offered me refreshments while I waited. More
