Levi guided us through the test drive of the Kia Telluride EX Xline, showcasing its impressive features, and made sure we were fully informed. Although there was a minor hiccup during the final stages of the process, Evan stepped up and resolved the issue, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. The dealership itself is spotless, and the staff is both professional and friendly. We ended up leasing the vehicle and couldn't be happier with the service and support we received. I felt at ease and relaxed as soon as I entered the building. The salesperson I worked with, Levi, was wonderful. He answered all my questions, never pressured me, was around whenever I needed him with building. The salesperson I worked with, Levi, was wonderful. He answered all my questions, never pressured me, was around whenever I needed him without being intrusive. He paid attention to what I said and got me set up with a credit application and a Finance Manager, Ryan. He explained everything as we went along and made sure I understood the many forms he went through. It had been a long time, over 30 years since I had done business with a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Of course, Levi and Ryan were a big part of that experience. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone considering a new vehicle. I am very satisfied and thrilled with my new vehicle. More
