I believe she is a wonderful asset to the Ford Dealership in Hudson! Janell was also a great help! She also did all she could for me with great skill and humor! She helped to make the process a better experience! Levi.....I loved his "get it down right and quick" attitude, so I could get to driving my new Edge quicker. He was also pleasure to deal with! Mike....was/is a funny guy! Very friendly and helpful. Mike also made the experience better. And now he even knows Ford sends emails on his behalf thanks to me. ha ha More

He took the time with us between other customers so that we didn't have to wait long. Brett Carey has sold us several vehicles already. We certainly appreciate the recognition and assistance when we talk with Brett. The most recent purchase is a F150 truck. Brett had sent an email to our son to look at, the kid sent us the email, the next day we called Brett and set up a test drive, and bought the truck that same week. It was fast and Brett helped arrange everything. Levi helped me finish paperwork and the deal was done. Brett offered to let me sign the vehicle purchasers wall, but I will let my son do that as soon as he gets home from his Marine training. He is now an official USMC Military Police Officer! He can hardly wait to drive his truck for the first time. Hudson Ford is the BEST! Thank you so much! More

My experience began as I entered the dealership. Each time i came in I was greeted by the friendly receptionests and asked if I could be helped. Trish was always williing to spend time with me as I sear time i came in I was greeted by the friendly receptionests and asked if I could be helped. Trish was always williing to spend time with me as I searched for the right vehicle. She is very knowledgeable about the products, easy to work with and worked with me to select the right vehicle and was not just trying to make a sale. After the selection was made she was very helpful to make sure the final steps were taken to complete the transaction. She was also very flexible given my work schedule and my wifes which was appreciated. Levi was equally good to work with on the financing he was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with as well. He got me a good rate, explained the additional products I could select but did not try to push me into products and services I didn't want. I appreciate that with everyone, I have already recommended someone to checkout your dealership and will continue to do so. I will be getting service done on my new Escape at your service center and if the service is as good there as on the sales side I will continue to do so. This was the most fluid car purchase I have ever experienced - I truly did not intend to drive away that day in my new car! Both Jamie and Levi were friendly, professional, knew their jobs and were attentive to what I was saying. While there, I referred both to my son and his girlfriend who are in the market to purchase or lease a vehicle. Jamie assisted them and was able to qualify them for a new Focus as well. My wife and I have been to many different car dealerships in a search for a used SUV. We've been to some very big ones and some very small ones. The majority, however, felt like they were pressuring us to in a search for a used SUV. We've been to some very big ones and some very small ones. The majority, however, felt like they were pressuring us to make decisions even though we had told them prior to even sitting in a vehicle that we were "just looking". Hudson Ford was not like that. Amillie was very cooperative and patient with us. She answered all of our questions and was willing to show us whatever we wanted. At the end of our first visit, she didn't pressure us or ask if we were ready to make a decision. Instead, she gave us information and her card. Even though we went back the next day to purchase, we didn't feel pressured at all. The next day she was very helpful and seemed to really care that we were comfortable, relaxed and excited about our new purchase. During the process we also worked with Levi. He was extremely friendly and patient with us. He didn't try and pressure us to buy or add anything we didn't want. He just gave us information and allowed us to make his own decisions. He really made the entire purchasing process very smooth and easy. In the end, we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting an new or used vehicle. More
