We were happy with our sales person Casey but felt the guy we signed with was condescending and rude. We understand he works commission, however, after we declined all the additional things he was offerin guy we signed with was condescending and rude. I had to stand my ground and not allow him to speak to me in the manner he was and honestly almost walked away from the deal. I also came prepared with knowing numbers for my trade in, spoke to other dealerships and felt extremely taken advantage of by corwin. I got 7k for my trade in and corwin turned around and sold my vehicle for $17k, over a 50% markup. I have never had this awful of a car deal or experience with Kendall and will never be back to corwin. More
