The wait to check in was almost 15 mins. I was give a check list after my visit. When I checked it my window shield wiper fluid needed to be filled. My radiator needed fluid. Completely bad experience. Awful. I would’ve gotten better service at Autozone. My issue was a tire that was losing air. If the back and forth I went through just for that (i Awful. If the back and forth I went through just for that (including your service department telling me initially it would take more than a month to even look at it) is standard at your service center, I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service.
