Don't bother. Bait and switch!! They called me to tell me they could offer a new Landcruiser at MSRP. Gave me the price on the phone. Told me to come in so t Bait and switch!! They called me to tell me they could offer a new Landcruiser at MSRP. Gave me the price on the phone. Told me to come in so they could look at my 4Runner on trade. I left work early, cut out of a kids things to do this. I get there, it's disorganized, wasted 15 minutes before anything started. I test drove the car. Then we started talking. They say these cars usually go for 10k over MRSP, and that's a good price. I did my research on the trade-in. When I told them the person on the phone told me the price, they seemed confused, and then when they showed me the price for my trade is, it was 12k less than the average KBB trade in value. Complete joke. Totally offensive. Waste of my time. More
