The team went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Max, my salesman, was incredibly helpful—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to finding the right fit for me. BB, the Swap Manager, did an amazing job locating the exact Sequoia I wanted, making the process seamless. Tony, the sales manager, was great to work with, ensuring everything went smoothly and fairly. The salesman wear respectful gentleman, they listen to what I was looking for within a vehicle and my price range. We had certain complications during my sales and at times I felt a little unsure, they re what I was looking for within a vehicle and my price range. All in all the experience was a good experience, I would say the only negative remark I would have is within buying an expensive vehicle customers would probably appreciate more to having the tank fully full when picking up their new vehicle. Poor atmosphere in dealership. Had to move seats to har salesman due to music. Salesman offered no additional customer service.
