My car wasn’t ready in the slightest when I drove it off the lot. When I went back to address the issues the sales manager told me “it’s not my problem anymore”. I am super frustrated with how things were h the lot. When I went back to address the issues the sales manager told me “it’s not my problem anymore”. The communication here was also not great, I had asked for the service department to not do my inspection. Due to the issues that the car had and weren't addressed until I complained. After being told that the car was going to be ready on 8/01/25 I was informed b The communication throughout the delivery process was extremely poor. After being told that the car was going to be ready on 8/01/25 I was informed by Chris (Sales Person) there were still "final tweaks" needed with the bank - something that should have been clear from the start. Then, the registration process dragged on much longer than expected, and it ended up taking a week to get the vehicle delivered to me. I didn't feel that I was kept properly informed, and the delays made the experience stressful and frustrating. No one ever called me, I was the person constantly reaching to the dealership for an update. Based on this, I don't see myself purchasing from this dealership again or recommending it to others. I am very disappointed with Westboro Toyota, not a refreshingly amazing experience. More
