I bought my first EV from Leon at Ben Davis Chevrolet. Everything about the experience was easy and Leon kept me informed every step of the way without putting any pressure on me to buy. The other team members were also friendly and helpful. I had a small problem with the setup of the user account on the car after I returned home and Leon went out of his way to make sure it was resolved even though technically it wasn't his issue at that point but rather was an OnStar problem. We also decided not to go through with an extended warranty 24 hours after signing up for it and the dealer manager and financial manager both immediately said that was fine and sent us the paperwork to cancel immediately without any pressure. I was very satisfied with our experience and the car and would highly recommend Leon and Ben Davis Chevy if you are looking for a car. More

Pricing was slightly lower than other dealers with same miles/year of car. Got a fair value for my trade.
