I ordered a 2022 megacab night edition 2500 6 months ago from them i was promised to register it under my llc in montana to save my tax credit. I was promised we were doing an all cash deal no financing. Here the truck comes in last Wednesday the communication has been horrible I finally spoke to the sales team friday and told them ill get the rental car one way from newjersey to kentucky to get my truck and they tell me now i have to finance a portion and register in newjersey and pay tax now whatever at this point i want my truck no hard feeling just remove the garbage resistall package for 1000$ and fix the price and the general manager tom cecile said he would get back to me asap there was an issue on the address the dealer put in a ohio address on my order and messed it up and said he can”t fix that and xxxx try to fixed numbers and i said ok so i hit the road last night an hour deep into the 10 hour drive and the salesman calls me very nice guy he has no control over this and tells me the sales management team will not sell me the truck and will send me deposit back i gave 6 months ago to order the truck . The salesman said xxxx see what he can do but turn around for now and head home. So now i head home waisted 2 hours , blew 500$ on a rental , fuel , time off work and now i call Saturday this morning after speaking to ram customer care saying the dealership just has to fix my address and they can sell the truck for the sold order deal and the manager tells me they will not sell me my truck i ordered from them after 6 months because they don”t want to have me put a bad survey review to ram on there dealership that can affect them. So they will not sell my my truck i waited 6 months for and have no truck now !!! Can”t find one in this market and im stuck with no truck now ! The worst people in the absolute world to do this ! I have 8k$ worth of parts sitting at home for it and all if anyone wants a brand new 6” bds lift powdered purple and 22x14 fuel wheels on 35x14.50”s lmk ! In 2019 we required 'special' service on our 2018 Challenger and we received exceptional, personal care from both Tom Cecil and Dudley Sewell. Unfortunately, that vehicle was totaled in an unforseeable accident recently and because of the way we were treated by both Tom and Dudley in the past, we put together a custom order for a 2020 Challenger with the help of both of them. He wants you the customer to get the vehicle you want and is never pushy about it. I started out looking at a 2015 Dodge Challenger and ending up buying a new 2018 Challenger via Leon a week later. Never once did Leon pressure me nor did Dudley Sewell, the sales manager. Both bent over backwards to get me the car I wanted (they had to dealer trade) at a great price. Both were dedicated to making me happy. I had the opposite experience during the closing. The F&I office was like you'd imagine the back office at a seedy pawn shop would be. The man handling the closing couldn't have cared less. When I pointed out that he had misspelled my name he blew it off, saying (in effect) it didn't matter. When I restated that he had misspelled my name, he blew it off again. I had to wait an hour for the closing. It would have taken him 1 minute to reprint the form. More

Before I left was told on 2 separate phone calls the agreed apon price. Spend all the gas money and hotel money to get there. Once there while doing the paper work they change the price on me. Drastically. Think they made a mistake verify with the untrained sales men of the price we agreed over the phone. Sales manager comes back and says they can't do the price I agreed to drive 8.5 for. On top of that they refused to re balance a tire that lost its weights. Saying the guy la in the back won't do anything with out being paid. The untrained sales men said. You must not be a hillbilly. WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT. More
