I purchased my car before the dealership was owned by DARCARS. Ever since, the customer service has taken a downturn. I went from leasing to purchasing and now paying more than my car is worth because DARCARS. Ever since, the customer service has taken a downturn. I went from leasing to purchasing and now paying more than my car is worth because they screwed up my paperwork. The service department is appalling. It’s difficult to make an appointment, they claim completing repairs when they didn’t. That is not only deceiving the customer, but possible putting them in danger. I have had people ask me where I purchased my car and I tell them to stay away from DARCARD Greenwich Infiniti. I am also asking others that have similar experiences to write up their review on any platform necessary. More
