Today, while driving on the freeway, I had an alert of "low tire pressure". I immediately called Antonio Cancilla, my Honda service advisor and he answered the phone immediately and said to check the tir "low tire pressure". I checked the tires and they seemed fine, so I drove with my hazard lights on to Findlay Honda. Antonio immediately helped me out. He not only had the tires checked which were fine (low tire pressure due to change in the weather) but had the brakes checked,oil, etc in a very short time. He has always made sure that he has everything checked so I am safe. He is wonderful and always so kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much, Antonio, for always giving me the best service ! I purchased my 2019 Honda HRV in August 2026 from Leo Fernandez who is also WONDERFUL. He recommended me to have Antonio as my service provider. I am so grateful to both of these great employees.
