If I could put 0 stars I would have Lenard has to be the worst sales person I’ve had to deal with I asked him before I came from Tampa to Wesley Chapel would my monthly payments be under $500 he said yes I worst sales person I’ve had to deal with I asked him before I came from Tampa to Wesley Chapel would my monthly payments be under $500 he said yes I get there and they told me $660-$700 that really pissed me off then for him to offer me a nasty dirty car that I wouldn’t have even put my dog in and for him to think I would test drive it dirty is ridiculous. Then on top of that me being so angry didn’t notice the gas was almost to the E on the car I ended up purchasing and dog hair was everywhere I would not recommend this particular dealership to anyone. Go somewhere else More

Test drove a certified used vehicle that the service engine light was on during test drive. We were told it was fixed prior to us purchasing vehicle. Same warning light came on 2 days after service. Thi engine light was on during test drive. We were told it was fixed prior to us purchasing vehicle. Same warning light came on 2 days after service. This is not right as I am sure it is the same service code as before. In addition, the purchase process was the most unprofessional we have every experienced and was very shady how all the additional fees were inserted in the "Subtotal" line and was never discussed during negotiating. We will never return and will pass along our purchase experience to others. More
