Excellent, flawless experience at Paramus Honda. I was looking for an Odyssey EX-L and immediately got a very competitive quote. I came in on Wednesday to fill out the papers and had the car home on Frida looking for an Odyssey EX-L and immediately got a very competitive quote. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything! Never once felt like he was pushy or just trying to make a sale. Really an absolute pleasure to work with. The manager Lenny was also extraordinary. Very personable and friendly. He doesn't give you that stuck up sales manager vibe. He makes you feel as if he were a long time friend. We also had a great experience with Mix who showed us how to use all the bells and whistles on the new confusing car! He went over everything in great detail. We were more than pleased with our experience and won't use another dealership ever again! More

DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES! Deceptive sales practices by management to get you to come in. A sales manager gave me a quote over the phone. He said it was only good for the day. Deceptive sales practices by management to get you to come in. A sales manager gave me a quote over the phone. He said it was only good for the day. I rushed there after work to do the deal. After keeping me there for 90 min, the quote came in $65/month higher than what he quoted me over the phone. I'm reporting this dealership to the corporate office. What a waste of time!! More
