I love how all the staff that was there were all working as a team every one was walking around with smiles on their face and were very sociable.They gave me a fair price on my trade-in. They were very patient with me. They took their time to explain things to. Make the long story short. I left there picking the car that I love. I even got a better rate / deal than working with their banks than I got with my own bank.. More

Picked up the truck Friday. Sunday started having issues. Called dealer today Monday spoke to Amber. If u need good service don’t talk to this lady nor go to this dealer.. Amber told me keep driving your vehicle for another 4 days till we can look at it. Mind your I have only owned it for 3 days and already having issues and being told see u in 4 days after spending $37.500 cash. What a way to treat NEW customer. I’m glad my work phone records calls if I get in an accident this is a lawsuit. I’m taking this to social media hard how I just got treated. People DONT go to TIMS, it’s sad More

Customer service and teamwork was right on point. I had been communicating with another team member but they worked together to make sure that I got the price I needed on a GREAT SUV and I was able t I had been communicating with another team member but they worked together to make sure that I got the price I needed on a GREAT SUV and I was able to walk out with my first car in over 4 decades in my own name and my own discounted insurance rate. They made me feel like I was the only one in the dealership even though it was a bit crazy. Thank you for everything I will definitely recommend you guys to EVERYONE! More
