Start to finish Parker & Danny were amazing. We came in to look at a specific vehicle but it had already been sold off the lot. After looking at a 2025 Explorer ST, we just didn’t know if the finances would work, but Danny and his team were able to work with us to make it work. Negotiations were very respectful, and I never felt forced to stretch further than we were comfortable with. It truly felt we were working together to get us a beautiful car at a financial spot that was comfortable for us, but was reasonable. I’m normally a skeptical person when negotiating a purchase, but Danny was able to be personal and professional without making me feel like my hard-line was unreasonable and we were able to get the deal done. We had a pleasant experience at Huntington Beach Ford. The dealership is not local to our home, but it had the vehicle (color and trim) that we were interested in buying, so we made the drive there. The truck we were interested in buying was on the lot and ready to test drive. Jacob Peabody was knowledgeable about the 2024 Maverick Hybrid Lariat, and we had a pleasant test drive. Jacob gave us time to discuss the truck privately, without any high pressure sales tactics, which was appreciated. Jacob kept us aprised on the progress/status as we proceeded through the purchasing process. The Maverick was ready to roll when our paperwork was complete. Jacob went over the instrumenation prior to me driving off the lot, which was appreciated. Our experience with Lennon Gomez, in the Finance department, was great, too.
