Walked on to the lot a few weeks back while just trying on cars. After deciding that the Mazda was the car we wanted i began exploring vehicle and purchasing options while communicating with Ivor for many on cars. Ivor either had answers immediately or made the effort to find them. I was also communicating with 2 orher dealers and Ivor was rhe only rep who made an effort to reply with detailed answers. As a result he got my business. And to too it off, he, unbeknownst to me, came in on his day off to sell me the car. Then, to top it all off, Omar in finance was friendly, funny and Efficient. No games. Ill be back for the next car we buy. More
