I love my car. I want to start with that. I do love it; however, I was sent a video. In the video they pointed out the rip in the top - like zoomed in and really sh I want to start with that. They did not do that for the crack in the front fender, or the scraps down the side or the mirror. I was a little disappointed in that since I was buying the car in PA and having it shipped. The financing side of it was also really confusing. I had a balance of X which somehow became X + $268.00. Financing was also a bit of a nightmare. My salesman was great. I really enjoyed working with him - he always answered any of my questions, even after hours and was readily available for me. I appreciated that a lot since I was buying out of state and never seeing the car. I would recommend purchasing in person or getting a second party inspection. Again, I do love my car, and I appreciate everything the dealership did for me, but there are somethings I am just not to sure about. All in all, mechanically, the car is perfect, and I guess in the end that is what is really important. More

Went there to look at and potentially buy a 2015 Toyota Sequoia. I worked with Alonso (who was great and I could tell he wanted to work a deal.) The car itself was priced high compared to comps in the area Sequoia. I worked with Alonso (who was great and I could tell he wanted to work a deal.) The car itself was priced high compared to comps in the area, another salesperson tried showing other vehicles that were priced the same, however those were 1000+ miles away. After a credit check was ran and saw where we were at a 837 they were a little more willing to negotiate. 2 storm outs later Alonso and I were able to come to a solid agreement and I ended up buying the car. Good family owned business, just wish they were a little more open to negotiations in the beginning! 10/10 recommend Alonso! More
