I’ve honestly have had better service at Wilkins compared to last weekend. This is why I kept coming back, and now my feelings are different. First I was told that my appointment wasn’t on the list, then was to last weekend. This is why I kept coming back, and now my feelings are different. First I was told that my appointment wasn’t on the list, then was told my vehicle cannot be diagnosed on the weekend with a starter issue, and all the sudden when my car didn’t want to start now you CAN diagnose the issue. The change in associates is honestly a downer, and the current team is not as welcoming and helpful as the two previous teams I was able to get perfect assistance with. Asked about coupons because my bill was nearly $400 and it was like pulling hair. Being told it needs to be printed, then being unable to print it or get connected with my phone to a wireless printer and finally being able to use the coupon code after all. As I was leaving I asked if my windshield fluid was filled, was assured it was. Went to the car, opened my hood and there wasn’t any windshield fluid, and tires weren’t filled. Why assure a customer who comes back every time when it hasn’t been done? My service guy seemed like he was not in the best mood and didn’t want to deal with assisting me from the beginning. The service and rating online has gone down from five stars to two. In this day and age assist Customers to the best of your ability because you can have a job today, and not tomorrow. Seems that service associates are being replaced left and right at this dealer. More

The wait for an oil change has improved. It was an hour and a half. I was out in less than an hour or about.
